How to Register Your Pet's Microchip

Getting your pet microchipped is only the FIRST step of the process. The second step is registering your pet with an online database. Often your vet clinic or the shelter leaves this step up to you. Without registration your pet's microchip is useless. 

 

There are numerous online databases. Some are free, some are not. We strongly recommend registering with multiple databases in insure that whoever finds your pet find you!
