To our valued clients:
We are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy facility for you and your pets, as well as for our employees. We are closely monitoring the ongoing COVID 19 (Coronavirus) outbreak and the CDC’s guidelines and recommendations.
At this time, our clinic remains open and is operating under normal business hours; however, we are no longer letting clients into the clinic. Please call when you arrive and let us know how we can help you. Pets will be handed over to a staff member for appointments and medications and foods will be delivered out to you. Our number is posted on our doors for your convenience.
While the CDC and other health authorities have indicated that dogs, cats and other domestic animals are not considered at risk for contracting COVID 19, we are taking extra precautions to ensure the health and safety of our human clients and staff. We will augment our existing “hospital-clean” practices by sanitizing counters, door knobs, railings, chair handles, and credit card terminals with increased frequency. Our staff is increasing its hand washing diligence between every patient visit.
Our staff is encouraged to stay home and seek medical advice if they are experiencing any symptoms of COVID 19. If you are ill and your pet requires urgent care, please arrange for someone else to transport your pet to the hospital.
For more information and health guidance regarding COVID 19, please visit the CDC (Center for Disease Control) or the WHO (World Health Organization) websites.
As always, feel free to call us @ 913-432- 2050 if you have further questions. Thank you for your patience, understanding and cooperation during this uncertain time.
We look forward to seeing you and your pet soon!
